This page explains what personal data autoSite collects when you visit this website or get in touch with us, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it.
The data we collect
We collect two kinds of data: analytics about how visitors use this website, and whatever you share with us directly when you get in touch — for example your name, phone number, Telegram or WhatsApp handle, email address, and the content of your message.
Analytics and cookies
With your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this website — pages viewed, approximate location, device type, and how you found us. Google Analytics sets cookies (such as _ga and _ga_*) to recognize repeat visits. These are only set after you click "Accept" in the cookie banner; if you click "Decline", no analytics script loads and no analytics cookies are set. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing your cookies for this site, which brings the banner back on your next visit.
Contact requests via Telegram and WhatsApp
When you message us on Telegram or WhatsApp, or submit the contact form on this website, we receive your message and whatever contact details you include. Telegram and WhatsApp are operated by third parties under their own privacy policies; we only see what you send us through those apps, not your other activity on them. We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry and provide the service you asked about.
Legal basis for processing
We process analytics data based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time. We process the contact details and messages you send us in order to answer your enquiry and, once you become a customer, to perform our contract with you (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
How long we keep it
Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and, if you become a customer, for the duration of our relationship plus any period required by law. Google Analytics retains data for 14 months from collection, after which it is deleted automatically.
Who we share it with
We use Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd.) to process analytics data and Formspree to deliver messages submitted through the contact form. We do not sell your data and do not share it with anyone else except where required by law.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export the personal data we hold about you, to object to or restrict its processing, and to withdraw consent at any time.
